Abstract
The “HPC and AI for prevision and prediction of environmental phenomena” seminar is a theoretical and practical introduction to the computation and the computational approach to environmental science and the understanding, simulation, and forecasting of environmental phenomena and related possible risks. As peculiar content, this seminar introduces the audience to the latest techniques based on a hybrid approach of numerical models simulations and artificial intelligence predictions, using the last to augment the first results.
